Funding is available for Deed Offer capital under a VA/DOCA, other short term funding assessed on a case by case basis, or where secured lenders require an increased equity base to support new financing facilities being made available.
We provide this service offering on an arm’s length basis and as such any form of capital raisings are done on a fully disclosed basis with the requirement that the acceptance of the capital raising has been reviewed by our client’s external advisers including their accountants and legal representatives.
