    Having previously established my own tax and accounting practice, I have an extensive background in accounting, tax, insolvency, and finance complimented by my past experience as the head of the commercial and legal division of one of the largest franchisors in Australia. I hold a public practice certificate.
     
    As a lateral thinker with an entrepreneurial background supported by wide ranging technical and business skills, I have the skills to identify the critical issues experienced by distressed businesses.
     
    I excel in managing client relationships, developing business workouts and turnaround strategies, and resolving complex negotiations with institutions, creditors, lessors, and professional firms.

    I have worked within the legal profession, including roles for law firms and assisting in-house legal counsel, since I commenced my career.
     
    Since 2012, I have specialised in the insolvency industry with a focus on assisting distressed business owners who are seeking advice on options available that will lead to business recovery, or to implement a plan that will finalise all business issues.
     
    I have exceptional skills in client management, business planning, and file processes including a strong knowledge of ASIC procedures.
